Heather Cotugno of Together with Coach Heather is a Certified Youth Resilience Coach who coaches teens, tweens, and young adults through young life’s uncertainties. She guides clients to come up with goals in a non-directive and non-judgemental way, allowing the youth to determine what is important to them. The coaching process empowers their creativity and builds age-appropriate independence. She serves as an accountability partner accompanying her clients through their journey of growth.

Youth life coaching helps young people develop confidence, perseverance, motivation, and critical-thinking skills, among many other qualities needed to carry them through adulthood. Strengthening these skills helps youth grow love for themselves, achieve higher grades, communicate better with family, and make better choices in their current and future experiences.
