Alternative Healing Practitioner
QHHT is a specific form of hypnotherapy developed by the late Dolores Cannon, author and lecturer to thousands of clients who sought greater understanding of themselves. She insisted that all therapists trained by her organization follow strict guidelines that she developed over her 45 years of intense study, documentation, and practice. In a typical 3-hour session, you are guided through several past lives and then your therapist will reach out to your Higher Self (subconscious) that has been with you since the beginning of your existence. Your subconscious takes care of you through every life you live and “remembers” everything. It is capable of nearly anything, including instantaneous healing and offering advice for your current life so that you may live it to the fullest with complete understanding. Trauma, anxiety and fears, and even physical ailments and injuries can be alleviated and even healed during one session!

I am a certified Level 1 QHHT Practitioner. I also offer Intuitive Reiki healing, guided meditations, sound bath healing and tarot, angel and oracle card readings. I am a certified Life Coach with a background in licensed therapeutic foster care and casework. I have a SUNY Bachelor of Science degree in Human & Community Services.
Other modalities I use can also alleviate stress and I can show you ways to live comfortably and be fully present in this life. During this new age of enlightenment, called the Great Awakening, it is often hard to navigate daily life when you may be surrounded by friends and family members that may not see the same reality that you do.
