  1. We currently offer shipping within the United States only.

  2. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment verification.

  3. Shipping costs will be calculated during the checkout process based on the weight and destination of your order.

  4. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to help you track your package.

Returns and Exchanges

  1. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

  2. Eligible items for returns or exchanges must be in unused, unopened, and resalable condition, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  3. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of your store purchase. After this period, all sales are final.

  4. You can reach us by sending an email to or by calling our store at (864) 747-9404. Please provide your order details and reason for return/exchange.

  5. If the return/exchange is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed.

  6. For approved returns, you may choose to receive store credit, which can be used towards future purchases. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

  7. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  8. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the shipping receipt for your records. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately, providing details and any relevant photos, within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. We will assess the situation and provide you with instructions for returning the damaged or defective item.

  3. If the return is approved, we will either issue a replacement or provide store credit, depending on your preference.
